Semee Park serves as the Senior Legislative Deputy for Councilmember Bob Blumenfield and staffs the City Council meetings and the Budget and Finance Committee. Semee has served the San Fernando Valley throughout her City career working closely with community-based organizations to create and promote art and cultural events. Semee has also served the 99 Neighborhood Councils as the Director of Operations at the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment. Semee received her BA in History from UCLA and MPA from CSUN
