Myriam Lopez

Myriam Lopez serves as Councilmember Blumenfield's Executive Assistant. Myriam began her career with the City of Los Angeles over 20 years ago serving as a volunteer worker in former Councilwoman, now Library Commissioner, Rita Walters' office and has provided administrative support to several Councilmembers, as well as for the Los Angeles City Council Redistricting Commission. Previously, she served as Administrative Assistant for Council President Pro-Tempore, Mitchell Englander, who serves the Northwest San Fernando Valley.

An immigrant from Mexico, raised in Los Angeles, Myriam attended LAUSD schools including 32nd Street/USC Magnet and Downtown Business Magnet School. Myriam recently finished her business degree at Mount St. Mary’s College located in Los Angeles.
