Kellee O’Rourke serves as Councilmember Blumenfield’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Kellee advises the Councilmember and staff on all issues pending before City Council and committees. Prior to joining Councilmember Blumenfield’s team, Kellee worked as the Chief Operating Officer for the skid row focused Inner City Law Center and was a Legislative Deputy for Councilmembers Jack Weiss and Bernard C. Parks. Kellee completed her undergraduate work at Providence College and earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California’s School of Public Policy.
