Jeff serves as one of Councilmember Blumenfield's Legislative Deputies. Jeff staffs the Councilmember on the Budget and Finance Committee, and advises him on a variety of issues including transportation policy, public works, and city facilities and personnel. Before joining Team Blumenfield, Jeff worked as a planning consultant, developing strategies and programs to revitalize traditional pedestrian-oriented commercial districts. Also, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. He graduated with a B.A. in Government and History from Georgetown University; a J.D. from UC Berkeley; and a Master of Planning from USC. Jeff lives in Sherman Oaks, and enjoys biking through and hiking in the hills above the Third District.
