How to Support Nonprofits during COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we all need to help each other. I have set up a community form to connect West Valley residents to outstanding local nonprofits in dire need of volunteers and donors.
If you’re interested in helping, click here to start your form and you'll be connected to a volunteer or donation coordinator.
If you and a friend are interested in activities such as donating canned foods or supplies to a nearby food pantry, or volunteering your time to call a senior, deliver food, or help in other ways, this is a great opportunity to make a difference during this difficult time. All volunteers will work in environments that maintain social distancing protocols and donors will be informed about how to safely drop off supplies. Nonprofits include West Valley Food Pantry, ONEgeneration Senior Enrichment Center, Family Rescue Center, Guadeloupe Center, Pierce College Student Food Pantry, United Methodist Church, and Hope of the Valley
