Tricia Robbins Kasson serves as Councilmember Blumenfield’s Economic Development Deputy and is responsible for coordinating the Councilmember’s efforts to encourage responsible economic development and job creation in a manner consistent with his vision and respect for the District’s diverse communities. Tricia previously served with the City of Los Angeles in Council District 14 as a Field Deputy and then Planning Deputy, and has also worked with LA Streetcar, Inc. and the California League of Conservation Voters. Raised in the San Fernando Valley where she currently resides, Tricia received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the California State University, Northridge, and her Master’s Degree in Planning from the University of Southern California. Tricia has also obtained the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) designation from the American Planning Association, and is active in the Los Angeles American Planning Association local chapter.
