Shut-in Service: Service to shut-ins at no charge provides volunteers who deliver library materials to those unable to visit in person. Call your local branch for details. To Obtain a Library Card: Present a driver's license with current address to librarian. Anyone who is 16-years-old or younger requires the signature of parent or guardian.
