Elizabeth serves as Councilmember Blumenfield’s Planning Deputy and manages land use and planning issues affecting the district. Prior to her work with Councilmember Blumenfield, Elizabeth was a project manager at a land use consulting firm in Los Angeles. As a project manager, she obtained entitlements for a variety of development projects throughout the City, including the Specific Plan Amendments for the Jordan Downs Urban Village Specific Plan. Elizabeth was also an intern with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning Urban Design Studio where she worked extensively on the Small Lot Design Guidelines, which won two American Planning Association awards for Best Planning Practices. Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley and studied Urban Planning at the University of Southern California.
